The more individual accountability we give to someone, the more they are willing to accept the help of others to ensure everything goes right.

True in any environment, be it business or personal…people will always take matters more seriously when they are held accountable for the outcome. As leaders, part of your role is to make employees understand that they should take responsibility for what they do and not rely on others to pick up the pieces should something go wrong.
