Benchmark For Business have this month launched their 2012 executive education conference programme.
Following on from the success of the Thinkers50 Summit, which was held in London on the 14th and 15th November with Clayton Christensen winning the number 1 spot on the Thinkers50 list, Benchmark have created a programme that again will try to address some of the key points and issues relating to business management and HR in today’s business environment.
This first event will take place in London on the 28th February 2012 with management commentators Tim Harford (The Undercover Economist) and Freek Vermeulen, Professor of Strategic Management at London Business School. The conference will challenge the common perceptions of business management, re-examining a number of core management ideas and practices while also looking at the importance of adaptive, trial-and-error processes in tackling issues.
Other speakers due to be featured in Benchmark’s 2012 programme include world authority on Management Innovation Gary Hamel, Best selling author of The Five Dysfunctions of a Team Patrick Lencioni and Simon Sinek who’s latest book, Start With Why, looks at how leaders inspire action.
